Shipping policy

Due to Covid 19 there can be delays in production and shipping. I appreciate your patience as I realize this isn’t ideal.

As of right now I only ship to the United States. I hope to be able to ship internationally soon.

All items ship USPS.

Most ready to ship orders leave our BARK-ery with in 2-5 business days of receiving the order, most of the time it is much quicker. Shipping around weekends or holidays may experience a delay.

Production time is different than shipping time. Production time is the time it takes me to make your product. Shipping is the time it takes for the post office to deliver it to you.

All Apparel and items from the dog mom shop portion of the shop ship separately and will not be included in orders for items for your dog.

Check the listing you buy as well for shipping info as some things take longer to make and do not ship as quick as 2-5 days.
