Hi! I’m Alexandra!
When I am not doing the thing I love most, which is spending time with Bella and working on orders for your pup here at Bella B’s BARK-ery, I am a serial creator!!! I am always making something. That was part of what lead me to start Bella B’s BARK-ery! I felt Bella needed cuter accessories then the ones I found in the stores so I created them for her. I loved the idea of making accessories that made life cuter, like adorable leash and collar sets, but also functional like the leash bag to hold poop bags. In addition to Bella B's I am also a pet photographer over at Anja Lou Photography. When I am not working on orders, having photography sessions or taking care of Bella I enjoy doing all kinds of arts and crafts like painting, making jewelry and embroidery. But my absolute favorite thing is making decorations and decorating for holidays! That has been my favorite thing since I was a kid.
I also love road trips! Bella and I love to visit our favorite place, Morro Bay, Ca when ever we can get away. We love to hike, go kayaking in the bay and of course a visit (or two) to my favorite restaurant there Taco Temple!
I am a 3x old dog mom. I adore old dogs and loved having my hospice dog, Tyra, and super senior granny Dorothy. While I don’t have an adopted old dog right now I do have Bella who's now 14! Soon we will add another old dog to the pack again. In honor of my precious senior girls I donate a portion of my sales most months to senior specific dog rescues but I do also donate to other important community charities as well and you can learn more on my Giving Back page.
About Bella
Bella loves going for walks, riding in the car, trips to In-N-Out for a flying dutchman, chasing - but never catching - critters in our yard, going to the beach, playing with her toys and loving on her mom and Gma.
Bella is also great at tricks! She has Novice and Intermediate Trick Dog Titles through the AKC. She got her intermediate trick dog title at 11 years old, so I can tell you first hand you can definitely teach an old dog new tricks! Bella is also a AKC Canine Good Citizen.
